I will not be held responsible for colors that are not as customer had envisioned, which can happen due to colors appearing differently on each computer screen due to calibration.

I ship US/international orders once per week.  Although I am in Canada, I ship US orders by USPS with tracking.  Canadian orders ship with Canada Post so if you'd like a tracking number please be sure to select the correct shipping option at checkout, otherwise, your order will ship by regular mail.

Your order will ship to the Paypal address listed on the invoice.  Please double check your Paypal address and let me know of any errors/changes.

If your order contains both ready to ship and made to order items, ALL items will ship once the made to order items are available.  If you would like your ready to ship items to ship right away, please place two separate orders.

My turn around time for custom orders is currently up to 3 weeks.  If you need a rush order please contact me before placing your order so we can try to work it out. 

I will not be held responsible for late or lost parcels.  I will refund non-deliverable parcels that are returned to me by the post office less shipping/handling costs. Resending will require the customer to pay new shipping costs.
